Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $22.00/hr

BLISS Car Wash is looking for an Experienced Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Greet and create an impressive first impression for all guests.
• Offer and sell BLISS monthly unlimited wash memberships.
• Offer and sell single wash packages and upgrades.
• Be a self‑motivated, sales‑oriented individual.
• Maintain high energy and a positive attitude.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent service to ensure all guests have a blissful experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform policy.
• Follow directions and make decisions consistent with job functions.
• Follow company safety protocol and work outdoors.
• Be a team player.

• Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
• Prep vehicles within company guidelines.
• Perform apostar‑hour site cleaning as per schedule.

• MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE.

• Maintain the highest level of service at all times.
• Adapt to ever‑changing high‑volume retail environments.
• Adapt to a variety of situations.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Show willingness to improve through training.

• Build strong relationships with guests and co‑workers through excellent communication and follow‑through.

• Part‑time employees may work varied hours/days as business dictates.

• Reports to the Site Manager.

• Work outdoors in a loud environment due to equipment and vehicles.
• Constant exposure to fumes and solvents.
• Fluctuating temperature and conditions (heat, cold, humidity); some noise and vibration.

• Stand, walk, and move for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stoop.
• Operate all related equipment.
