About the Role
Loss Prevention Associate – Keep Our Warehouse Safe & Secure!
Location:
Moreno Valley & Perris, CA –
Schedule:
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. Flexible shifts – weekends and holidays will be required.
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol the facility like a pro.
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violations.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Help develop and implement smart loss prevention strategies.
- Respond to emergencies – medical, fire, or security-related.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents and investigations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and internal teams.
- Support safety initiatives and training programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree = bonus points!).
- 1 year of experience in loss prevention, security, or similar field.
- Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems.
- Strong observational and analytical skills.
- Team player with great communication skills.
- Flexibility to work different locations, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work alone when required.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse with varying temperatures.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Experience in a distribution or warehouse setting.
- Bilingual skills – we love a multilingual team!
Pay: $19.39 to $21.39 per hour.
