Reed Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the beautiful Cotswolds to recruit a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide PPA cover across the school from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA or aspiring teacher who enjoys delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil progress, and working across different year groups. The Role

As a HLTA providing PPA cover, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary age range.
• Provide high-quality classroom cover during teachers' Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to class teachers.
• Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of all learners.
