The role will involve supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs through targeted interventions, in-class support and collaborative working with families and external professionals.

The Role

Working closely with the school's SENDCo and teaching staff, you will:

• Deliver targeted interventions and support programmes for pupils with SEND.
• Support children with My Plans, My Plan+ and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Provide in-class support to ensure pupils can fully access the curriculum.
