This is a remarkable opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead Mill House into its next exciting chapter. Main DutiesAs the Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. You will foster a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community. You will uphold the organization’s values of “Care from the Heart”, ensuring every resident feels safe, supported, and fulfilled.
