Job Summary: Join Tazzer Group as a Property Management Services Manager and oversee the strategic management and operational excellence of our property portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, comprehensive property management expertise, and a dedication to ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Property Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive property management strategies aligned with Tazzer Group’s objectives.
- Optimize property performance through effective tenant relations, lease management, and property maintenance.
- Supervise day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Ensure all properties meet regulatory compliance and uphold safety standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and stakeholders.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease negotiations effectively.
- Manage property budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure control.
- Monitor rent collection, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance management to achieve operational objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Develop leasing and marketing strategies to optimize property occupancy and rental income.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and property management standards.
- Mitigate risks associated with property operations and tenant relations.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in property management, with [X] years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
