Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Supervise day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
• Ensure all properties meet regulatory compliance and uphold safety standards.

Tenant And Client Relations

• Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and stakeholders.
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease negotiations effectively.

Financial Management

• Manage property budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure control.
• Monitor rent collection, expenses, and financial reporting.

Team Leadership And Development

• Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals.
