Reed, an apprenticeship and training provider in the Cotswolds, seeks an Interim Quality and Compliance Manager on a fixed-term contract of 6 months. You will lead Ofsted readiness, drive quality improvement, and ensure ESFA funding compliance across the apprenticeship provision.
You will audit, support inspections, develop QIPs and SARs, and coach operational teams to achieve outstanding quality and compliance outcomes.
