If you're looking for a role focused purely on marketing activity rather than sales and relationship building, this probably isn't the right fit What you'll be doing Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients across the North West Managing and growing a warm portfolio of existing accounts Conducting business development activity through calls, virtual meetings and face-to-face appointments Sourcing, interviewing and supporting marketing and creative professionals Managing recruitment campaigns from brief through to placement Becoming a trusted advisor within the marketing recruitment market Working closely with an experienced Marketing Recruitment Specialist to develop your knowledge and expertise What we're looking for You'll be someone who:
Has strong communication skills and enjoys speaking with people Brings energy, personality and confidence to conversations Is naturally commercial and motivated by success Has an interest in marketing, creative industries, digital trends and brands Enjoys building long-term relationships Is resilient, self-motivated and goal-oriented Wants to develop a successful career within a market-leading recruitment business Previous recruitment experience is welcome but not essential.
