  Fabrication Shop in Amelia, LA
• Full benefits, great work schedule

• Report to the Allison Welder Foreman as part of the construction team.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Perform TIG welding and flux core arch welding.
• Set up and operate hand and power tools for welding.
• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts for welding.
• Participate in JSA’s and all safety, health, and environmental processes.
• Conduct behavioral safety observations.

• Prior structural fabrication experience required.
• Experience with safe work habits.

• Pass all structural welding tests.
