Job Description:
As an integral member of the Swiftships team, you will be tasked as an Inspector for the Quality Assurance Department. In performing the responsibilities outlined below, this position will be responsible for inspections as well as general construction and repair work of all vessels.
Some of the key position highlights include:
- Write and review Test Procedures and Technical Manuals for program specifications.
- Assist in maintaining quality management systems.
- Support QA Manager and QA Specialist in risk assessment.
- Ensure all Quality standards are followed.
- Establish effective quality control plans to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Monitor operations, recommend process adjustments, and perform inspections and testing.
- Coordinate quality assurance inspections with customers and third-party inspectors.
- Supervise work of service providers under QA functions.
- Observe and document testing per contractual agreements.
- Review and approve documentation, reports, and audits.
- Perform in-house and vendor audits for conformance to standards.
