What You'll Get- Up to $35/hour including base + commission

- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team
- Help drive individual and store sales goals
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Support daily store operations
- Train and develop team members
- Stay current on T-Mobile products and promotions
- Assist with recruiting and developing new talent
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance
- Has previous sales and customer service experience
- Has leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Is outgoing and an excellent communicator
- Is competitive and motivated by results
- Enjoys coaching and developing others
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is comfortable leading by example and selling alongside the team
- Has a high school diploma or GED
Wireless experience is a plus, but strong sales and leadership experience can translate well into this role.
You bring the leadership. We'll provide the T-Mobile training.
