Sheathing Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help provide an exceptional customer experience for both our internal and external customers.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers, Sales, Shipping, and other departments to ensure orders are entered accurately, processed efficiently, and communicated clearly from order entry through shipment.

• Enter customer orders received by email, fax, EDI, and telephone
• Process international and expedited orders
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming company calls
• Prepare and distribute daily customer invoices
• Send order confirmations through email, fax, or EDI
• Coordinate expedited shipments with the Shipping Department and verify orders prior to shipment
• Calculate freight charges using shipping company applications
• Respond to customer needs with a positive, professional, and helpful attitude
• Direct product and pricing questions to the appropriate Sales team member
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Follow established company procedures and controlled Quality Documents
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Shipping, and other departments to support our customers

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• 1–2 years of customer service, order entry, or related office experience
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Experience in a manufacturing or business-to-business environment
