An opportunity is available for a paraprofessional to support middle school students in a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) setting. This position is contracted for the current school year (CSY) and located in Morgan Hill, CA, working within a middle school environment.

• Assisting with virtual SLP sessions to support student learning
• Supporting instructional activities under the guidance of certified staff
• Maintaining a positive and organized learning environment during assigned hours (8:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Collaborating with school personnel and virtual therapists to facilitate communication and student progress

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional in an educational setting, preferably in middle schools
• Comfortable working with virtual learning platforms and supporting Speech-Language Pathology services
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students virtually
• Ability to adhere to scheduled dates and established school procedures

• Contract role for the current school year
• Specific assignment dates: ASAP through December 19, 2025, and January 6‑7, 2026
• Candidates must be onboarded and ready to begin immediately
• Work hours from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $35.52. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
