Lanterns Global seeks two Spanish-speaking Teaching Assistants for the El Jardin program in Watsonville, CA. This part-time position supports outdoor Spanish immersion activities, gardening, nature studies, and art, helping students learn through hands-on experiences.
Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and English, have 2+ years of childcare experience, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Class times are 10am-2pm on Mondays and Fridays, with onsite setup prior to class.
