Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineer
Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
Your Role- Develop, design and plan equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines.
- Evaluate workforce productivity and recommend improvements to increase operational performance, reduce waste and delays, and promote cost control/reductions
- Develop metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output, and identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks
- Establish accident prevention measures, and plans and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operation
- Ensure year-to-year productivity gains:
Identify, foster, and oversee the implementation of productivity projects at manufacturing sites. Lead Automation and Operating Team at Sites for the development and implementation of standardized automation soft- and hardware, as well as optimized working procedures for non-automated areas
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a similar engineering field
- A relevant (6+ years) vocational or professional training and extensive subject-specific additional qualification (such as a technician)
- Equivalent knowledge and skills, such as those acquired through qualified training or alternative experiences, are also valued
- The total knowledge and skills can also be acquired in other ways
- This role typically requires a college or university degree or equivalent work experience, including conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles, and practices or equipment job experience

The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is:
Minimum of $79,000 salary per year / Maximum of $108,600 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
