Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Morgan Hill, CA. As a New Home Sales Counselor, you will assist prospective home buyers throughout the home ownership process, from the initial consultation to the final transaction. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, generating and following up on leads, conducting presentations and tours of model homes, and guiding buyers through contract documents and financing options.

You will play a key role in achieving sales goals while fostering strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their individual needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in New Home Sales and Residential Real Estate, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on fostering positive client relationships and enhancing the home‑buying experience.
  • Experience and expertise in Sales, with the ability to effectively manage leads, showcase properties, and close transactions.
  • Understanding of the home‑buying process, including contract negotiation and financing options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused and results‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to operate in a professional, team‑oriented environment with a high degree of responsibility and integrity.
  • Prior experience in residential real estate or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Real estate license preferred or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
