This full‑time on‑site position in San Jose, CA involves consulting with prospective customers about their remodeling needs, presenting product options, and designing acrylic bath solutions. You will manage client relationships, communicate timelines, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from consultation through project completion while collaborating with design and installation teams.

• Consult and understand clients’ remodeling needs
• Present product options and create tailored acrylic bath solutions
• Manage client relationships and communicate project timelines
• Ensure excellent customer experiences throughout the project
• Collaborate with design and installation teams to align projects with client expectations

• Experience in sales and customer service with strong client relationship building
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to present solutions and address inquiries
• Knowledge of home remodeling, especially acrylic bath systems
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Previous experience in sales, remodeling, or a related field is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and scheduling
• Self‑motivated and driven to achieve sales goals in a professional setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, design, or construction is a plus
• 3+ years of in‑home sales experience is a huge plus
• Must hold an HIS license or be able to obtain one
