Overview
Nocturnist Hospitalist Opportunity in Scenic Western North Carolina at UNC Health Blue Ridge — Morganton, NC. This is a nocturnist hospitalist role within the UNC Health System, offering a balanced lifestyle in a welcoming community.
Location Highlights- Minutes off the I-40 corridor
- 1 hour from Charlotte, Boone, and Asheville
- Surrounded by mountains, lakes, and state parks
- Schedule:
7-on/7-off, 7 PM – 7 AM - Role: ICU management one week, floor management the next
- Procedures:
Opportunity to maintain and grow procedural skills - Education:
Participate in teaching IM residents and medical students - Team:
Established Hospitalist program with 11 physicians and 4 APPS - Support:
Full spectrum of specialty care including Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Oncology, Surgery, and more
- Internal Medicine trained
- ABIM certified or board eligible
