The PositionJoin our dynamic healthcare team as a Coding and Charge Entry Manager. In this role you will lead a dedicated group of professionals in managing and optimizing coding and billing processes. Your expertise will ensure accuracy and compliance, driving efficiency and excellence in our revenue cycle operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in a healthcare related field (BSN or RHIA) or 5 years coding experience
- Minimum 3 years acute‑care hospital documentation specialist or inpatient coding and/or leadership experience
- AHIMA credential of RHIT or RHIA or CCS or CDIP or ACDIS CCDS required
