Job Description

UNC Health Blue Ridge is seeking a Physician Assistant for our ENT department. This provider will collaborate with physicians in the treatment of clinic and inpatient ENT patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Licensure Requirements

• Completion of an accredited graduate
  -level Advanced Practice Provider PA program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e. Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina or eligible.

Professional Experience Requirements:

• At least 2+ years experience as a PA in a ENT setting

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:

• Demonstrated clinical competency.
• Effective at collaborating with physicians in the treatment of patients
• Manages and assists with inpatient cardiac patients and cardiac labs
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
• Effective interaction and care of patients
• Documentation of medical records for accurate billing
