We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Nurse Manager for our 11L Surgical Trauma Int Care Unit. The successful candidate will support the Nurse Manager in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to patients, fostering a collaborative environment, and maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing practice.

Must have licenses to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, BSN required. Appropriate professional leadership certification or certification in area of practice preferred. Certification required within 2 years if not currently certified. Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience, one year as charge/supervisory/leadership required.
