DLP Cardiac Partners has both Fixed Hospital-Based Labs as well as Mobile Units in multiple North Carolina locations.

We have Fixed Hospital-Based Labs in Raleigh, Morganton, Henderson, Hendersonville and Rutherfordton.

We also have our Mobile Units which are based out of Charlotte and Whiteville.

This dynamic position is responsible for assisting the cardiologist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular interventions on adult patients. Candidates must be focused on high quality patient centered care through assessment and management of cardiac patients with good communication and interpersonal skills. Registered nurse will be able to circulate, monitor and/or scrub diagnostic and interventional procedures as well as some pre and post care.

How

you will contribute
  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

What we are looking for

Licensed RN in NC or compact state with an unencumbered license.

BLS certification required.

ACLS required within 90-days.

Additional requirements include:

  • Minimum of two years of critical care experience or cardiac catheterization experience and working with hemodynamic waveforms and vaso‑active medications required.
  • Ability to read and recognize EKGs and dysrhythmias required.
