About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an accounting graduate who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in a firm that actually invests in its people. You will work alongside experienced professionals, develop foundational skills across a variety of return types, and grow your client exposure over time. Responsibilities

Prepare individual and business tax returns across a variety of return types including 1040s, 1065s, and 1120S

Organize and document work papers accurately and in accordance with firm standards

Support seniors, managers, and other members of the team

Flag technical questions and issues to senior team members appropriately

Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Other duties as assigned which may include but not limited to tasks associated with accounting and/or audit and attest services

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

0-2 years of public accounting experience

Solid foundational understanding of accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Eager to learn, coachable, and a genuine team player

Interest in pursuing CPA license

Strong Communication skills and willingness to interact with clients on tax and accounting matters
