OverviewProvides administrative and secretarial support to the Regional Administrator or Chief Executive Officer, performing diversified administrative and secretarial functions.
Responsibilities- Provides confidential administrative support.
- Maintains the executive’s daily appointment calendar and makes travel and lodging arrangements as needed.
- Types correspondence, reports, memoranda, technical papers, and related material.
- Composes letters and memoranda from dictation, verbal direction, or knowledge of policy and procedures.
- Records meeting minutes to maintain an accurate record of decisions.
- Answers telephone calls and provides information in accordance with hospital policy.
- Collects and prepares information for the assigned leaders to use in meetings with executive staff members and external individuals.
- Follows standard precautions at all times.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent AND four (4) years of high‑level administrative experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND two (2) years of high‑level executive office experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Standard office environment.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Strong computer skills, communication skills, writing skills, organizational skills, and transcription are required. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a high‑level executive office setting.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with exemplary attention to detail.

- Salary: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
