Physician – Malignant Hematology
Position at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, part of WVU Medicine, offering ranks of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.
LocationMorgantown, WV; additional travel to West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania may be required.
Duties- Provide comprehensive patient care in Hematology/Oncology.
- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Participate in and conduct clinical trials, transplant, and CAR‑T therapy initiatives.
- Shape program growth and contribute to academic, clinical, and translational research within a nationally recognized cancer center.
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), or foreign equivalent.
- Eligible for a West Virginia state medical license.
- Completed an Internal Medicine residency and a Hematology/Oncology fellowship.
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology.
- Must meet all qualifications by the time of appointment.
WVU Cancer Institute at the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center: multidisciplinary care of leukemias, lymphomas, myeloma, with access to autologous and allogeneic transplant, CAR‑T therapy, and clinical trials.
Working Hours & Status40 hours per week, full‑time, exempt position.
