Role Overview

Cardiac‑trained anesthesiologist to work a split 26‑week on / 26‑week off per year schedule, sharing the position with another anesthesiologist. Fellowship is not required, but TEE proficiency is preferred. Medical direction is provided – the anesthesiologist will not perform cases personally.

Compensation

$287,500 base + $12,500 quality‑improvement bonus = $300,000 annually.

• Pediatrics (ASA 1–dental only)

Restrictions:
No trauma, transplant, neurosurgery, spine, ENT, or high‑risk obstetrics.
