Position Overview:

We are seeking an experiencedHead of Operations Engineeringto lead engineering initiatives at a state-of-the-art aseptic beverage manufacturing facility. This strategic leadership role requires a results-driven professional with10+ years of experiencein food production engineering, capital project management, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• OverseeCap Ex budgets, engineering projects, and facility expansions
• Implementprocess improvementsto reduce downtime and boost efficiency
• Operational Excellence:
• Ensure compliance withSQF, FDA, and food safety standards
• Coordinateproduction schedules and planned shutdowns
• Team Development:
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team ofengineers and technical staff
• Drivetraining and cross-training initiatives
• Innovation & Compliance:
• Evaluate and implementnew technologiesfor process optimization
• Maintainengineering drawings, equipment specs, and vendor contracts

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree inIndustrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering(required)
• MBA preferred
• Experience:
• 10+ years engineering experiencein manufacturing
• 5-7 years managing capital projectsand budgets
• Food/beverage industry experience (GMP, FDA, PMO standards)
• Aseptic manufacturing/packaging experience (strongly preferred)
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Project, AutoCAD, ERP/MES systems
• Ability tocreate P&IDs and process maps
• StrongCMMS (Upkeep) experience
• Leadership Skills:
• Excellentteam management and cross-functional collaboration
• Provenproblem-solving and continuous improvementmindset
