As a Full-Time Mortgage Closer/Processor at Clear Mountain Bank, your primary responsibilities will encompass the meticulous closing and document preparation for various types of loans, including purchase, construction, refinance, and home equity loans. You will play a vital role in ensuring all loans are closed accurately, thus maintaining the integrity of our lending processes. This position involves assembling, preparing, and reviewing essential closing documents for mortgage loans, ensuring compliance and precision at every step.

Additionally, you will complete loan closing documents and provide support to lenders by addressing loan-related questions and documentation needs. Your expertise will also extend to processing loans as necessary, making you an integral part of our committed team in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of banking experience preferred.
• 2 years of loan processing or residential real estate closing in a law firm required.

Background and Drug Screening Required

Salary: $19.43 per hour
