* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

**** EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
** 1. Graduate of a Medical Imaging Program.
2. Must possess current or temporary Radiography License as required by state board where services will be provided:  
** MD:
** Radiographer License through Maryland Board of Physicians
** OH:
** Radiographer License
** t
* * hrough Ohio Department of Health
** PA:
** No state licensure required
** WV:
** Radiography License or Temporary Radiography License through West Virginia Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board
3. Must be Nationally certified as defined by location where services will be provided:

** MD:
** Registered Radiography Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) upon hire
** OH:
** Registered Radiography Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) upon hire
** PA:
** Registered Radiography Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within Six (6) months of graduation from Medical Imaging program.
** WV:
** Registered Radiography Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within prior to expiration of WV temporary license.
4. Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
5. State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas.

· Meets requirements for previous levels.
· One continuing education pathway.
· Five years of experience.  
· Compliant in 5 leadership/supervisory skills.
