IT Client Success Liaison

. The position focuses on leading marketing, project management, cost development, contracting, and client relationship coordination for IT enterprise system programs.

• Lead program marketing, develop materials, and coordinate presentations to stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client communications, escalations, and site visits.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of IT projects including scope, resource, risk, and status reporting.
• Manage contracting, negotiate terms, ensure compliance, and develop cost models.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors and customers to ensure project completion and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate customer satisfaction initiatives, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Facilitate high‑level meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
• Guide transition of project support to customer service and sustain post‑project success.
• Support senior leadership with operational improvements and advising on strategic initiatives.
• Travel up to 75% to other facilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business Administration, or related field, or five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of team lead, project lead, or project coordination experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of information technology experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of marketing and client relationship experience.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with MS Project, MS Office 365, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint On‑line.
• Preferred:
  Master’s degree, Project Management Certification, experience in an academic medical center, experience with electronic health records.

• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and other physical movements.
• Work performed in office and healthcare environments, with interruptions and irregular schedule.

40 scheduled weekly hours. Exempt. Shift: United States of America.
