Overview
The School of Natural Resources and the Environment is currently accepting applications for four Temporary Data Technician - Audio Processing positions. This position will assist graduate student researchers with processing data related to wild turkey gobbling behavior, as part of a larger project on wild turkey management in West Virginia.
What You’ll Do- Process audio files to identify wild turkey gobbling behavior
- Enter data into spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
Pay Grade: 10
Length of Assignment: 4 Months
Work Hours: 20 Hours per week
Qualifications- Associate’s degree in wildlife biology, ecology, or similar
- 0-6 months of related experience
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
- All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.
