We are seeking a dedicated legal professional to add to our high-energy legal team in order to serve clients facing stressful legal family matters in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Compensation- $100,000 - $180,000 yearly Compensation including a base with a structured Bonus Plan and Benefits

• Creating case strategies and plans for successful incomes in a variety of employment and persona injury matter
• Conduct and defend depositions of lay witnesses and experts
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and jury trials
• Draft complex pleadings
• Manage case files, track progress, and manage deadlines
• Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel

• Licensed to practice law in West Virginia
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and calm in high-pressure situations
• Empathetic and compassionate
• Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Prior experience representing Plaintiff's and/or at least three years of litigation experience
