This position can be based out of either our Clarksburg, West Virginia, or our Morgantown, West Virginia, location.

• Represent clients in family law hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials
• Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders
• Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team on case strategy
• Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and court staff
• Daytime travel is required across West Virginia for various hearings

What You Need:

• Licensed to practice law in West Virginia
• Prior family law experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent courtroom presence and legal writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
  
  Strong communication and client relationship abilities
• Confidence under pressure and compassion for people in crisis
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to track and enter time daily

$100,00 - $125,000 yearly + bonus potential + benefits DOE
