Job Description
The company seeks a Project Manager to work directly with senior management in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves providing project updates, managing projects from start to finish, and influencing landmen to perform efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and goal-oriented.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Foster a motivating environment through training and increasing visibility in the community/industry.
- Identify potential business leads and develop strategies for acquiring new business.
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and secure additional work.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Develop strategies to meet client objectives, including negotiating contractual agreements.
- Market the company's services to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Land Management, or related fields; law degree or experience in land preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with deed plotting programs or ArcGIS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- AAPL Membership required; RL & RPL Certification preferred.
- In-house experience with an operator is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPL certification
- RPL certification
