• Execute the assembly of preformed sheet metal components using various hand and power tools such as drills, wrenches, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform critical pressure testing on valves and integrated sub-assemblies to ensure they meet rigorous performance standards.
• Interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints to guide accurate installation and assembly sequences.
• Maintain high standards of workplace organization and cleanliness to optimize production flow and safety.
• Document production progress and labor hours accurately within manufacturing tracking systems.
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and measuring tools.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate mechanical assembly tools.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and team-oriented work environments.

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly role.
• Experience with pressure testing or hydraulic component assembly.
