• Strengthen The Rack: WVU Student Food Pantry by expanding partnerships, improving operations, and building sustainable systems that reduce student food insecurity.
• Develop reliable donation and volunteer pipelines.
• Formalize procedures, enhance training, and streamline workflows for The Rack and Snack Rack.
• Build data and reporting tools to track usage, identify student needs, and support funding efforts.
• Create nutrition and educational resources.
• Assist with grant research, donor materials, and marketing strategies to increase visibility and long-term support for the pantry.
