Christ Church East Bay is seeking a CCKids Director to lead our children’s ministry (birth through elementary) across Sunday and midweek programming. You will design age-appropriate formation, recruit and train volunteers, and partner with families to cultivate faith.
This exempt, full‑time role reports to the Pastor of Care & Discipleship, supervises staff, enforces safety policies, and collaborates with church teams to weave kids’ faith formation into worship and ministry.
