**** MUST HAVE ACT Activated Clotting Time EXPERIENCE**
* 3X12 nights, weekdays, weekends
Ratio: 1:2 (this is based on acuity – the unit could have overflow patients at times warranting step down level of care)

* Must be experienced in direct fresh open-heart admissions from OR, pressure monitoring, and Swan-Ganz management, Impella monitoring, CRRT.
