Job Opportunity – Cath Lab RN – West Virginia

Start Date: November 12, 2026

Location: West Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts, Days 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with on-call requirements. On-call includes 2-3 weekday nights (7:00 PM - 6:30 AM) as second call, and approximately one every 4-5 weeks weekend call (Friday 7:00 PM through Monday 6:30 AM). Call rotates first and second call every 12 hours with 2-hour callback minimum. Call only on weekends. 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Highlights:

• Daily caseload of 8-10 cases per RN in a high-volume interventional environment
• Must be competent in all aspects of Cath Lab Diagnostic and Intervention including Structural heart procedures
• Level IV Trauma Center, major teaching hospital with 838 total staffed beds
• Cerner charting system; free parking provided for travelers
• Scrubs provided; minimal floating required - primarily remain in Cath Lab
• 16 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years RN experience required; minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience with competency in diagnostic and interventional procedures including structural
• Active West Virginia RN license or Compact license required at start (pending license accepted for submission)
• BLS and ACLS certifications through American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Must perform circulator role in the lab including moderate sedation, assessment, medications, pre and post-op care, and call responsibilities
• ARRT registration required
• Permanent address must be 100+ miles from facility (75-99 miles may be considered with approval)
• Minimum 2 Manager or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required
• Previous charge experience preferred
