ICU RNs are needed for a float pool covering two hospital locations. Candidates must be willing to work at both sites as needed.
Interview ProcessA 10–15-minute virtual or in-person interview is required. Please provide three possible dates and time frames for the interview when submitting application notes.
Note:
Candidates should be comfortable and open to floating to stepdown units as this will be a common requirement.
- ACLS and BLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Active nursing license (state or compact)
- Two clinical references from the past 2 years
- TNCC certification
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records
- Hospital orientation occurs every other Monday, from 7:45 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (starting May
2) - Pre-orientation modules must be completed beforehand, requiring no more than 5 hours
- Night shifts only
- 12-hour shifts: 7:0
