• Customer Service:
  Deliver friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white glove” service with a servant’s heart in our stores and in customers’ homes; obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups:
  Safely and compliantly load, unload, and install products; follow all handling and transportation procedures; keep vehicles clean and properly maintained.
• Merchandising:
  Maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness; refurbish merchandise to like‑new condition; keep showrooms dusted, vacuumed, and organized.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. It also requires frequent lifting and moving (push/pull) of heavy items and merchandise. All coworkers are expected to adhere to safety guidelines while meeting these physical demands.

This is a full‑time position with hours/days of work Monday through Saturday, from store open to close. Sundays and one other weekday are off. Schedules and overtime may change as directed by management and business needs.
