Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. is seeking skilled Framers for a government project in Morgantown, WV. • Perform interior and exterior metal stud framing for commercial buildings.
• Install and hang drywall, ensuring precise alignment and secure attachment.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete framing, drywall, and related tasks efficiently.
• Utilize construction mathematics for accurate measurements and cuts, adhering to the “measure twice, cut once” principle.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Work at heights and in varying weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assist with additional carpentry tasks as needed, including ceiling grid installation or finish work.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

• Current OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
• Valid Real  government project compliance
• At least 1 year of experience in metal stud framing and/or drywall hanging
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ownership of basic hand tools and protective clothing (e.g., steel-toed boots, work pants/jeans)
• Ability to pass drug tests and background checks
• Can safely lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders, stairs, and climb out of ditches

  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in metal stud framing (light and heavy gauge) and drywall hanging; ability to take precise measurements and perform basic construction calculations; familiarity with commercial carpentry techniques, including interior/exterior framing and drywall installation; strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship; basic understanding of blueprints and construction drawings is a plus.
