General Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Morgantown, WV
. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $23/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a General Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to launch your career!

• Perform demolition and site cleanup duties
• Load and unload tools, equipment, building materials, and supplies
• Prepare and clean-up work areas by removing trash, debris, and excess materials
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and assist with grading and site preparation
• Operate basic machinery and power tools, including drills, saws, and forklifts
• Assist carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled tradesmen as needed
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Support daily construction activities as directed by supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Must be capable of safely using the following tools:
