Romande Energie SA recherche un Operation Manager «Flexibilité» pour piloter la chaîne de valeur des actifs flexibles (PV, batteries, power-to-heat) et déployer une centrale électrique virtuelle initialement axée sur les PV.
Le candidat gérera l’intégration technique, coordonnera les équipes internes et partenaires, et suivra les KPI et la facturation. Poste hybride avec 80–100% et contrat de 6 mois, CDI envisageable.
