Jobup recherche un(e) Operations Manager «Flexibilité» (F/H) 80%–100% pour le site de Morges, en CDD de 6 mois avec CDI envisageable. Vous piloterez la chaîne de valeur des actifs flexibles (PV, batteries, power-to-heat) et assurerez l'intégration des nouveaux actifs sur la plateforme VPP, en liaison avec les équipes internes et partenaires externes.
Profil: diplôme d'ingénieur, expérience énergie/startup appréciée, maîtrise d'Excel, Power BI et Python sont souhaitables;
