Sales Support Specialist – Cybersecurity

Draft offers and quotations in Salesforce
Prepare responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), including templates, document collection, and coordination of contributions
Keep Salesforce up to date and ensure data accuracy and reliability for business performance management
Manage deal registrations with vendors and distributors, and ensure their follow-up and review
Support the team with day-to-day sales coordination, including order tracking and liaising with distributors
Support Account Managers so they can focus on customer relationships and strategic accounts

• Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent training
• Experience in sales support or sales administration
• Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or IT distribution is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with the three-tier model (vendors, distributors, integrators) and mechanisms such as deal registration—or willingness to learn
• Highly detail-oriented, rigorous, and reliable
• Comfortable using a CRM (Salesforce) and office productivity tools
• Independent, well organized, and a strong team player
• Fluent in French and professionally proficient in English

Demonstrates expertise in sales support and administration, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM management and data accuracy. Proficient in coordinating proposals and managing vendor relationships within the IT and cybersecurity sectors.
