Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced FM Helpdesk Operator for a 6-month FTC, based will handle calls, log inquiries, data input and support the FM Helpdesk Administrator across contracts.
Responsibilities include logging, prioritising, and tracking jobs, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the PPM and reactive maintenance schedules. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:00–16:30 with an immediate start.
