We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to join our Clients team in Tingley.

The Role

You will provide general administrative support, helping to keep the day-to-day office operations running smoothly.

Duties will include:

General office administration
Answering emails and telephone calls
Data entry and maintaining records
Filing and organising paperwork
Preparing documents and updating spreadsheets
Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks

Organised and reliable
Confident using computers and Microsoft Office

Able to work independently and as part of a team
A good communicator with strong attention to detail
Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential
