Shift Pattern: Working hours are between 8:00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Saturday. Employees will have one day off during the week, in addition to every Sunday.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the voice of our customers, helping to resolve enquiries and provide exceptional service during Peak.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and internal systems
• Investigating parcel and delivery-related queries
• Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Taking ownership of customer cases and seeing them through to resolution
• Providing updates and support throughout the customer journey
• Working closely with operational teams, couriers, depots, and Parcel Shops
• Maintaining accurate customer records and case notes
• Supporting team performance and service level targets

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and finding solutions.

You’ll ideally have:

• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A positive attitude and passion for helping customers
• Confidence speaking to customers over the phone
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good attention to detail
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• A collaborative, team-focused approach

Previous customer service or contact centre experience is beneficial but not essential.
