FLT Counterbalance Driver

We're looking for a reliable and experienced

FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate and an immediate start is available.

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT (up to 5 tonnes) safely and efficiently
• Handling wide and heavy loads in a busy warehouse environment
• Loading, unloading, and relocating stock
• Supporting yard operations,
• Working as part of a team to meet operational targets
• Working at a steady, fast pace to help orders leave the warehouse the same day

• Valid

• Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT
• Experience handling wide and heavy products (up to 5 tonnes)
• Previous warehouse experience
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail - accuracy is essential
• Ability to work quickly without compromising precision
• A team player with a positive attitude
